Compliance Associate - (Hybrid) Contract position

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a temporary hire to provide support to our Compliance Department with the following:

Quarterly employee certification process
Employee personal pre-trade clearance process
Analytical monitoring of securities, transactions etc. for exemptions
Procedural or process reviews and testing
Assisting in data compilation for the Compliance Department
Assisting in special compliance related projects

About You

Previous Compliance experience or knowledge of our business (securities etc.) would be a distinct plus
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
Proven detail orientation and strong organizational skills
Previous experience in audit/accounting would be a plus
Analytical skills and good communication skills 
Team orientation and ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, highly professional environment

Be able to work from to work from 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. If preferred, we can accommodate a 7:30 a.m. start time but no later due to trade preclearance duties.
